My name is _______ and I am with the Port Arthur Yacht Club “PAYC”.
On April 25, 2020, PAYC will be hosting a showcase and fundraiser event to support community programs which PAYC hosts, like the Port Arthur Library Kids Sailing Day, Sea Scouts, Junior Sailing Summer Camp and more. PAYC is a not for profit organization with a goal to promote awareness of Pleasure Island Marina, the Port Arthur Yacht Club, and to boating and sailing for the youths and adults of the tri-county areas.
We are looking for Corvette enthusiasts interested in showcasing their pride and joy. We have 50-60 spaces available. We are asking for a $10 donation per vehicle for space in the showcase. There will be music, food trucks, and vendors as well as awards for Best in Show and Best in Class.

Port Arthur Yacht Club (PAYC) is a non-profit organization with a goal to promote boating and sailing to the Port Arthur and surrounding areas. PAYC is hosting a fundraiser to continue its participation in community programs such as Port Arthur Library Kids Sailing Day, Sea Scouts, Junior Sailing Summer Camp, Adult Sailing Lessons and much more. The fundraiser will help support the clubs programs as well as maintain all of its equipment used in these programs as well as other activities provided by PAYC. Your participation and support is very much appreciated.
Sponsorship and Vendor Fees:
$1,500 Sponsorship -- Signage to be displayed in or around PAYC Clubhouse for a period of six (6) months and at all PAYC sponsored events held at the Port Arthur Yacht Club,
$800 Sponsorship -- Signage to be displayed for a period of three (3) months at all PAYC sponsored events held at the Port Arthur Yacht Club.
$100 Contribution to PAYC Programs – Name recognition during the PAYC event.
Vendor Booth -- $25.00 per booth no electricity or $35.00 with electricity
Food Vendors -- $50.00 per vendor with electricity
