Canceled. Sweet roads of Central Texas 2020 Bluebonnet run

EVERYONE IS WELCOME!!! Join us as we take a cruise thru central texas hill country to see our state flower in bloom.  Please share event link with any & all friends and car clubs.

The ride begins Saturday March 28th between 8am- 9am. We will meet at the WALMART in Cedar Park. Please have your ride gassed up and ready to roll by 930am. Weather is always a factor and might effect our deperature time.

Our route will take us from Cedar Park thru Marble Falls and the Colorado river area the north so we can ride thru Inks Lake State Park along park road 4 making our way back up to hwy 29. From here we'll stop for pictures near the Buchanan Dam & Lighthouse. We will continue on thru Llano, turning south onto hwy16 and continuing all the way to Fredricksburg.

We can stop in Fredericksburg to do a little sight-seeing and grab lunch. Depending on the size of our group is whether we all lunch together or split up into smaller groups. We will determine a meet up time most likely in Luckenbach to give everyone a chance to visit Fredricksburg and be tourists.

We make a slight detour into Luckenbach for some good pictures & regroup because....everyone is somebody in Luckenbach:)

This will be the final leg of our journey into Kerrville then thru Bandera eventually dropping into San Antonio. For the enthusiast drivers this is what youve been waiting for:) Hwy16 btween Kerrville & Bandera is so much fun to drive. Full of hair-pin turns, hills, blind curves and short quick straitaways.

Once we get into San Antonio everyone can disperse to their hotel. I'll pick an 'official meet spot' hotel and provide a discount link.

The *tentative* route has been posted. it will be updated and finalized closer to the event with minor changes for construction, delays, a more fun drive, and final hotel destination.
